Rating
Rating is a set of radio buttons that allow the user to rate something.

| rating | Component | Wrapper component for radio buttons |
| rating-half | Modifier | To shows half of the shape |
| rating-hidden | Modifier | hides the input. Useful to clear the the rating |
| rating-lg | Responsive | Large rating |
| rating-md | Responsive | Medium rating (default) |
| rating-sm | Responsive | Small rating |
| rating-xs | Responsive | Extra small rating |
