In this episode, we are going to create a custom signup endpoint in two ways: Extension Endpoint, and Extension Operation. They are both Directus Extensions, but how we use them is different. The operation will be used in Directus Flows, while the endpoint is a code change that requires deployment. The main reason we are creating this endpoint is to allow anonymous users to get an invite (register) with the site.
